Payment via bank electronic transfer
due by the 5th of each month
Late fee $50.00 / month.
Plus any charges due to late fee.
This is a "Month-to-Month" lease.
Rental payment takes care of the MSD quarterly sewer charge.
Tenant takes care of all other bills (water, electric, gas, garbage collection, and any miscellaneous services).
Security Deposit - $1,000.
No last month's rent required.
note: Without a "last month's rent" the eviction process begins the day after the rental due date.
No smoking.
No Pets (except with a waiver for small pets).
No sub-leasing.
Maximum occupant capacity = 7 people (2 per bedroom plus 1 in the family room).
